Today (30 April 2025), Mr. Thitiphong Phothiphrom, or Chang Bird, the head of the electrical system contractor for the new Office of the Auditor General (OAG) building that collapsed, traveled to submit a letter to discuss the compensation method from 9PK Co., Ltd., a subcontractor of China Railway Number 10 (Thailand) Co., Ltd., which owes more than 20 contractors a total value of more than 10 million baht. As for Mr. Thitiphong, he still has not received compensation of approximately 3.8 million baht. Prior to this, there were negotiations with the related companies twice, but there has been no progress on a clear method of paying this amount.
